Here is a great site for ESL videos on many topics. Try them all.

English Pronunciation and Vocabulary

Languageguide.org is a site for English language learners to listen to and learn basic vocabulary. There are dozens of categories and each vocabulary word is represented by an image. By mousing over the image (don't click) the site plays an audio of the vocabulary word. The vocabulary word is also displayed as text on mouseover. This a perfect beginning ESL site. This site is also available in other languages like French, German and Chinese.

Listening Study for ESL Students with Natural Conversations

English Conversations
Learning English is a difficult process. Many students have no problem completing written assignments, comprehending reading passages or scoring well on tests. These same students more often than not freeze up when it comes to English conversation in real life situations. This is where ELLLO.org comes in. ELLLO contains dialogues in English between real people with real English accents for students to practice listening skills. The conversations are transcribed and idioms used are defined. For English listening practice, ELLLO is a great tool.

English Phrases, Dialogues and Vocabulary Translated

Englishspeak.com is unique. It contains categories of words, phrases and dialogues in English. It also provides audio so users can hear the correct pronunciation in English. What makes it unique is that it provides translations of the content in Chinese, Vietnamese, Arabic, French, Korean, Russian, German, Bengali, Thai and many more languages. This site is a consistent favorite among beginning ESL students. I consider it one of the top ten ESL sites out there. Try it out and let me know what you think by leaving a comment below.
